Refund Policy for Digital Products (CECOZ)

• You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase only if you have NOT started access or download.

• Access begins when the download link is opened or the file download starts.

• Once access/download begins, the product is considered delivered and becomes non-refundable.

• Exceptions: Refund or replacement is granted only for verified technical failure we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, or a material mismatch between the description and the delivered content.

• EU/UK Notice: For digital content, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access/download begins.
