Subscription Policy

CECOZ Ocean Vault Explorer - Subscription Policy & Terms of Service

By purchasing an Ocean Vault Explorer Membership (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual), you agree to the following terms:

  • 1. Auto-Renewal & Billing: All memberships are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual) to your original payment method. You authorize CECOZ to charge this recurring fee until you cancel your subscription.

  • 2. Digital Access & Limitations: Membership grants access to a curated selection of eligible digital products (e.g., single Marine Explorer Educational Kits) up to your plan's limit. Strictly Excluded: Bundles, Aquarium Construction Blueprints, Marine Atlas specific releases, and selected premium products are NOT included in any membership plan and must be purchased separately.

  • 3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your CECOZ customer account portal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • 4. Refund Policy (Strict): Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital assets, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused download quotas.

  • 5. Account Sharing & Usage: Memberships are strictly for individual use. Account sharing, credential distribution, or commercial reselling of downloaded digital assets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund. All assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of CECOZ.
